Graph - add labels of sample size

I am looking for a way to add labels to my chart that indicates sample size. I know you may add data-labels but it is not what I want to do, I have my data that represent a ratio and it is important to me to visualize the sample size of that ratio (i.e. the denominator of that ratio).

Can you not add the value to the series or chart title?
It may help to clarify what you mean by posting a workbook example with the labeling add manually via textboxes.

I want to add labels to both the series in the graph that contain instead of their values (i.e. in this case the purple and blue cells), another set of values, in this case the yellow cells.

Maybe this addin will help. Allows you to link data labels to alternative cells in order to display their contents.
