Question highlight entire row is first cell is 60 days older than today

    Hello,

I cannot figure out how to use conditional formatting to highlight an entire row based on the contents of one of its columns. What happens is that we need to identify everyone that has been joined 45 days ago and 60 days ago. Ideally, their row would highlight yellow (at 45days) and red (at 60 days). Is there any way to do this? I have attached a simple file so you can see what i'm talking about. Thanks!

You don't really need the extra column. I just let it to see(and understand) the way of my thought. See the Conditional formatting rules, to understand the formula.
