Excel '10 - Possible to automaticaly remove any numbers below 1?

I am using Excel to analyze a .csv file and a number of the data sets have super low values, near 0. These readings are useless to me, they just take up space, I only care about the data sets above 1. Is there a way to get Excel to automatically delete any row that has a data set below a specified numerical value? Here is a copy of the file: DSC0.zip

As you can see, the first few data sets in the B column have very low values. Its not until you get to line 20 that you reach the data that actually matters to me.
