Transpose involving three columns in excel 2010

    Hi all,

I am looking for some transpose function in excel that will help me get the below:

this is the data I have currently:

    name score award
    Anna 2 award 1
    Luisa 6 award 2
    Arlene 8 award 2
    Angel 1 award 1

I wonna keep the names in teh first column but rearrange the secodn and third column to award 1 and award 2, so that the above looks like:

    name award 1 award 2
    Anna 1, -
    Luisa -, 6
    Arlene -, 8
    Angel 1, -

Thanks in advance for the help

Assuming that the cell containing "name" i your first table is A1, and that "name" in your second table is placed in A7, then enter =IF($C2=B$7;$B2;"-") in B8 and copy to B8:C11.
