Summing in Spanish

Pretty beginner question,
Im trying to make a personal budget spreadsheet for myself. Im in spain right now, so maybe its different but I cant figure out what im doing wrong. It´s probably something really small. Most of the functions I added in are sum functions (SUMA in spain I think). But the spreadsheet does not modify when I change a cell involved in the function. I attached my spreadsheet if someone can quickly look to see my mistake. You can see on the worksheet ¨Specific¨ I added a number but cell B3 (which contains the sum function involving C3) didnt modify.

which cell are you thinking should change and based on changed made exactly where.

Right now there are no cells in Daily sheet that refer to cell C3 on the Specify sheet... so 4.8 is going to show up in Daily sheet.

On my computer everithing is ok maybe you have calculation set on manual.

Cell C3 should modify B3 because B3 is a sum of C3:T3. On the Daily sheet, B3 is supposed to equal B3 on the Specific sheet.
