When trying to get data from an Access model I get the following message

To begin with I don't know if this is the correct forum, but anyway, this is the message I get:

Could not obtain parameter from reference (bad name or workbook not open) pulling in data from access.


What I'm trying to do here is that I have a bunch of cells that are supposed to be updated which in turn runs an Access database. When pressing refresh I get this error. I have searched around for it but can't find anything like this.. I don't have any formulas or so in the cells, they are just connected somehow (I wasn't the one who build the model).

There is actually no code in the Excel sheet. And concerning the access model I have no idea what part I should copy paste.

Is there anyone who understands my problem? Or at least where/how I can try to search for a solution?

Unless you post your workbook or an example no one is going to be able to help as we have no idea what is causing the error.
