Combining tables into one pivot table

I am trying to combine different sets of generated reports into one pivot table. I have 2 reports that the status will either be good or bad. The other report will just contain a percentage number. I want to be able to group these by name with a column of the count of good, then the count of bad, then the percentage. However since the percentage report is not going to have the exact same fields I can not place everything in one data set. would there be a way to accomplish what I want in a pivot table. The names will also be grouped together based on a vlookup that will separate everything in to different departments.
