Are you talking about =days360()? Have you try using =dateif() instead?
I'm pretty sure the 360 days is hard coded into the =TBILLSYIELD() formula, you may have to "roll your own".

Dateif() computes the time and/or date between two dates. So Dateif(startdate,enddate,interval)
