Cannot View Pop-up Calendar

Hi, I got a new computer and I cannot view the popup calendar I had made from my previous computer. All I see is a big X and I cannot do anything with it. I have attach a picture for your viewing.

Does anyone know how to enable the viewing?

Does this have anything to do with Excel??

Yes, I am using Excel 2007. Please ask more questions. Maybe I might not be telling enough info here.

I assume the calendar is an excel file. You should attach that so people can see what is going on.

here is the link to the file. i had tried uploading it to the forums several times and it doesn't work. it completely uploads and gives a red icon after a minute.
