Calling an image from one sheet to another

For starters, I apologize if this post is in the wrong section - feel free to move it if that's the case.

My question is about pulling an image from one sheet into another sheet. Here's a simplified example of what I'm trying to do... Let's say I have 11 sheets - 10 of these sheets are individual people's profiles, and the remaining sheet is a "roster" index, if you will. Within the individual profile sheet, there's a cell that represents "status" that has two possible values - active or inactive. Their status is called off of the individual profile sheet and it appears on the roster/index sheet. Now, both active and inactive have a specific image that represent each respectively. Obviously what I need to have is as the status toggles between active and inactive (and the images toggle) on the individual profile sheet, it also toggles on the roster/index sheet. Ideally how I'd like to have this work is for somebody to be able to go into the profile sheet, go into the cell that represents status and type "active" or "inactive" and have that value call the respective image, and then, in turn, have that value determine the image on the roster/index sheet, as well.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
