    How to fill a font colour to a particular data appear so many times in a column?

    I have a file having a column with some datas.But,in a same column there is some common field,appear so many times.Can it be possible to give a font colour to it?

    For more clarification,please refer the attach file.

    Hi for this example you can use such code (select the range and run this)
    but this is not very much flexible.

    The only other way is using conditional formatting.

    @tom1977 you are right I didn't realise he only wanted part of a cell changed.

    Use Conditional Formatting Tool from the Home Tab in Excel 2010...

    Or use Vlookup
