Hey all,
If I make a list drop down box as such:
Data > Data Validation (in Data Tools section) > Settings Tab > Allow > List > Source: =$L$3:$L$41
Is there a way so that when an item is selected from the drop down, the cell next to the drop down cell can be populated with data from the cells next to the source column?

With your drop down list in A1, try this in B1(for example)
=INDEX($M$3:$M$41,MATCH(A1,$L$3:$L$41,0))
