Cant get extra columns to follow database when refreshing

    Hi there
I'm trying to make report on how members in our alliance is progressing and for that I need to make extra columns in the Table I'm using aside from those from the Database
All was working out great untill new members joined in ...
I'm getting the Data from an External Database on my own Computer

The columns I created doesn't follow the queries I get in .....
How do I get them (Column18/3) to follow the rows when members go up/down in the internal ranks ? (when I click Refresh)
Also is it possible to get arrows to show if they go up / down ?

is all of the data pulled from a database? if so, how are you doing this? could you attach a workbook instead of a picture please?

The information is coming a localhost database and is pulled Data>From other sources> microsoft query ... which might be reason that others can't see it correctly ...
D, I, L - columns are inserted manually as I can't get those informations from the Database
When a new player enters the list after I refresh, those columns doesn't go up/down with the Database columns (E, J, M, O) which is my current problem

you could enter those numbers manualy into another sheet, then use vlookup to load them into that view, would that work for you?

Re: Cant get extra columns to follow database when refreshing

I tried that and didn't work though I might have done the formula wrong....
but isn't there a way to enter new rows/columns into a Database sheet ??? or is the only way for that to work to do it manually ?

If I'm looking right then it should be .TRG and/or .TRN not sure which of them is the one to open

Re: Cant get extra columns to follow database when refreshing

that would probably be the best, that would keep all of your data together, in this case you are more using the excel sheet as a viewer, than a data tool (with some calculations also)

it woudl be best to keep all source data in one spot.
