Excel 2007 : Microsoft Excel Spaces in Dependant Lists...

Wonder if you guys can help. I am having trouble trying to get spaces added to the attached dependant drop down list. I have downloaded a few test sheets but can't get the formulas to work for what I am trying to achieve.

I basically want to add spaces between words and replace "and" with "&" where necessary (although I can achieve this with a different method, it's primarily the spaces I need to create).

Please could someone point me in the right direction with the attached sheet and getting spaces for the first dependant drop down list?
