    Convert Text to columns

    hey all,

    I have a single cell containing : A. Test, B.Test, C. None, C.Test, C.Test2

I need to convert only the C's in the field to separate columns. So I want 3 columns - C.None, C.Test and C.Test2.

I dont want to go the text to columns or the vba way. Can some help me with a formula?

    Re: Convert Text to columns

Use the Text to Column but select Fixed Width
then simply move the sections so you only have the C' selected.

EDIT ADDED: Forget the above, I see you don't want to use Text to Columns.
