I have an excel workbook
Pivot table1 in sheet 1
Pivot table2 in sheet 2
Pivot table3 in sheet 3
etc.
This workbook is big (many mb) and with lot of data.
I want to send the outcome to my boss and also to our co-workers. But they just need the outcome not the data.
I prefer to send this as excel file not as an pdf.
What is the best solution for me?
Just copy the sheets containing the pivots to another file and then send them the file.

This was my first idea to copy/past.
But I thought there would be some other solution. More easy.
I have many sheets, over 10 sheets. I am using powerpivot and millions of row of data.
My file is good to work with but not to send to another.
If the person whom you are going to send the pivots is only using them for viewing, you can do a pastespecial values of the pivots. If they need the pivots to do further analysis and need it in pivot form, then you will have to send them the pivots itself.
