Formulas to retrieve online form submitted data from unknown cells/rows to specific cells

Greetings,

I am using Excel for Mac:2008. I have attached the document that I am struggling with.

I am attempting to pull user-submitted data (work study clock in/out) from unknown rows on Sheet 1 onto the second sheet based on the criteria of "Name", "Coming or Going?" and of course the date and time from "Timestamp". Column A contains the auto generated timestamp and I created Column B & C to format the timestamp in a way I thought would make it easier to pull information from.

My end goal is to have a cell such as "I8" automatically display the time "IN" once "Eric Smith" clocks in using the online employee clock in form.

I've searched this forum and have been looking at various online tutorials yet I am still having trouble. I believe it's probably a matter of nesting IF statements and LOOKUP and/or MATCH statements, but I've hit a wall. I've deleted all the incorrect formulas on the attached version to not confuse anybody.

If anyone could take a look at my attached document and point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it!
