Insert output of the formula in a different cell

I have a formulas in cells of row 6 that checks if the same column row 8 has a value above 0. If true I want it to add "x" columns (entered in row 7 of the same column) and enter the result of the formula from row 6 to cell address ( 9, column + "x").
example
formula is in B6
B8 has a value above 0
B7 has 3 (as number of columns to be added )
so column of target cell would be B+3 = E
and Row would be 9
Which is E9
so the result of the formula in B6 will be displayed in E9 and the result of the formula in C6 will be displayed in F9

Any help would be highly appreciated.
