Setting the same dates for two time series

Hi all,

I have a excel spreadsheet with two sets of financial time series. They both trade at different time. I want to allign the information for each at the same times and delete everything else.

Attached is a sample of the data. If anybody can help it would be great.

Additionally it should maintain its order. First row of data can be deleted it is sequential data
