Hello, I am a new user in the Forum but am having difficulty in getting some cells with Times to not show seconds. I have tried to format these cells in many ways, such as Custom - H:MM AM, 3:30 PM, etc. and no matter what I do, when I do my mail merge Word document, inserting the times from the Excel document, it always shows the seconds: 1:30:00 PM. I want it to be 1:30 PM.

I am trying to insert these times into a Word document as a mail merge. Basically, they are Departure Notices for attendees in a meeting, so just want to show them what time their departure is from their hotel and do not want the seconds to appear on the Word doc.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this?
