Pass Excel data to Visio

Hi

I need to pass values held in a single Excel 2010 row to Visio 2010, and use the passed cell values to fill a number of Visio objects.

For example, I would pass two column values containing ProcessStepOne and ProcessingStepTwo values to Visio and populate two process rectangles with the Excel data.

I am very comfortable with Excel and Visio, but need some help with this one, please.

Just select the cell in Excel, copy it, then go to Visio and select "paste Special" and tick the "Paste link" option
