Cool Excel 2010 Solver - Matching Value in Cell

I had this document working in excel 97 but I cant get my head around the excel 2010 solver.

I am trying to match a cell to a target cell by changing another cell which is running an XIRR formula. i.e. trying to work out the purchase price of something to achieve an XIRR.

I have attached a trial book. I have no idea what to put in the new 2010 cells for the solver parameters!!

Many thanks for any help in advance!

Not to familiar with the XIRR function I thought you changed both value and date but perhaps you could
    set it up like this?

Since Excel 2010 contain both the “Simplex method” model as well as the
“GRG Nonlinear” I’m not sure which method you should use.

With Excel 2007 you only have the “Simplex method”
