Excel 2007 : Printing Issue

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with 5 tabs, I group all of these tabs together to print duplex.

I would still like to do this but have the printing come out as:

Tab 1 - Two full portriat A4 sides
Tab 2 - One full portrait A4 side
Tab 3 - Eight A4 portrait pages reduced to 4 sides per side of 2 A4
Tab 4 and 5 - Landscape and reduced to one side of A4.

When I set each page correctly and then group and print, the pages do not shrink to multiple pages per side.

Help!!

It will therefore be 3 pieces of paper printed as above picture.

Anyone? I was hoping to print like this today at work. I have been checking periodically and see lots of people have looked but noone has repsponded
