    Creating a summary (SUMIFS, vlookups)??

    Hi all,

    I have a list of issues and their history. I want ot create a report by date and user so I can show the number of issues on their plate on a specific date.

    See the file attached. The table at the top shows an example of the information I have from the issues.

    I want to create a summary as the one below indicating that:
    - On the 3rd both bugs were on User4 plate
    - On the 6th, one bug is on User4 and the other on User5
    - On the 7th, one with User3 and the other continues with user5 because it doesn't change anymore

    Do you think it's posible?

    Hi virginiaca,

    Welcome to the forum.

    - On the 3rd both bugs were on User4 plate
    Since it is assigned in table (col A to E)... hence it will appear in results (col F to T)... what is the issue?
    Do you want to avoid this in table or in results ?
