Names and Email Addresses Out of Order After Paste

We are merging contacts from a spreadsheet. There are three rows - first name, last name and email address. When I copy and paste data from Employee A onto a new sheet, everything is fine. When I copy and paste data from Employee 2 onto the same spreadsheet, the names get disconnected from their email addresses. It appears that some of the names are shifting.

All data is formatted the same and is contained in three columns.
