    Counting cells that fall in a date range AND meet a Yes/No condition

    Hi team,

    I have 3 columns - A, B and C. B we don't even care about so forget I mentioned it. A is "Date" and C is "Yes or No" for GCR-Related condition.

    How can I reflect the number of cells that are "YES" for "GCR Related" on a per month basis? Boss wants to know what percentage of entries in January were GCR Related, and February, etc.

    Please see attached workbook.

    Thanks for your help!

    Try changing the E3:E7 to actual dates (1st of each month) and format cells as Custom: MMMM

    then use formula in F3:

    =COUNTIFS($A$2:$A$101,">="&E3,$A$2:$A$101,"<="&EOMONTH(E3,0),$C$2:$C$101,"YES")

    copied down.
