Need Help in Producing Text from a range of Numbers 1-10

Hi All,

Need help on this Please.

I have a sheet and in Column U it has a Data ranges from 1-10 and wanted to display the values in column AL, AM, AN (Column AL is Promoter, Column AM is Neutral, Column AN is Detractor)
What i wanted to do is to display this text in Columns AL, AM, AN depending on the value displayed in Column U

9-10 - PROMOTER
8-7 - NEUTRAL
0-6 - DET

Any Help would be greatly appreciated

In C2:
=IF(AND(B2>=9,B2<=10),"Promotor","")
in D2:
=IF(AND(B2>=7,B2<=8),"Neutral","")
In E2:
=IF(AND(B2>=0,B2<=6),"Detractor","")

Copy all down as required.

Hi BadlySpelledBuoy,

In the example provided say in Column A it has a duplicate (Meaning the agent got more surveys in a day) and we want to tally the total score of the employee to get the Percentage of the survey's the employee got, how do you go about doing that?
Let's say we want to display the total score of the employee in Column AO in the example provided it should be in Column F
