adding new cell reference to existing formulas

We use a spreadsheet for our pricing function. The individual items run down column A. We have added a column (B) for an add-on cost. Column C contains a formula that pulls from various sections and the formula varies with the particular item in that row.

I'm wondering if there is a simple way to add the new add-on value found in column B to the existing formulas found in column C.

I'm hoping to avoid having to f2 each cell in column C and entering +Bx for hundreds of items.

    Thanks!

    Mark

In Col C, just update the first formula (supposedly in C1 or C2) then double click the fill handle and the formula will be applied down the column.

But their are various formulas throughout Col C. They must stay as they are, just now including the value in Col B.

Maybe attaching a sample worksheet with a representative sample of what you have and what you desire would help?

if the formulas in column C are not the same for each row then switch to R1C1 style referencing (in tools-options) then select column C and do a find/replace (Ctrl+H) operation
    Find: =
    Replace: =RC[-1]+
then switch back to A1 style references

Joseph, the R1C1 recommendation worked perfectly. (I had never heard of that)

    Thank you sir!
