Combining data from two separate worksheets, while making the data symmetrical

I have data in two worksheets within the same workbook that have the same column headings. These sets of data contain both part numbers and prices for these part numbers. I am attempting to line up both sets of data next to each other (with a few columns in between) in order to compare prices (among other things). However, I need the part numbers in each row (from each data set) to line up exactly in the same row (as in same part number). This does not happen if I simply copy and paste one worksheet over to the other as there are a few different part numbers in each data set. I realize I could just do a VLOOKUP if I simply wanted to compare prices, but I really need these part numbers to line up as well.

    Thoughts?

Show us the problem. Click GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to post up a copy of your workbook.

Make sure the sample workbook demonstrates your desired results if possible, or just highlight the cells you're trying to fix. Use BEFORE/AFTER sheets if that helps make it clearer.
