Cell format when value entered or changed

hello,
I would like to format my cells in a worksheet to change the color of the cell whenever a value entered or changed. Could anyone help me on this matter?

the format i look for is that whenever i put a value or change a value in a cell i want this cell change the color (for one day). For example: my worksheet is default formatted, so cells are not filled with colors and font colors i black. And i put a value in cell# A1, then i want this cell change color to yellow for a day, and at the end of the day revert back to default.
Is this clear now?
