Tabbing over to editable cells only?

Move this to programming if you need to, but I don't know if this can be answered via generic excel functions or the need of VBA so I am shoving the question here.

Is there a way to make it possible where if you press TAB in said sheet will automatically go to the next cell that is editable?

If so, how?

If it's in programming I want the tabbed effect to work in a specific order. If it's not, don't worry... it's not really needed just a want.

Right, but will pressing the tab do what I want then?
