Displaying the contents of a range of cells given a specific condition

Hello help please.

Given the status of a cell I want to be able to copy the contents of a range of cells, ideally including formatting (but not essential) into a worksheet (Sheet 1) starting at a specific cell say E5.

So I have ‘Red’ and ‘Blue’ Data information in Sheet 2 within the following cell Ranges say Sheet 2, C1:F5 for Red and Sheet 2, G1:M10 for Blue for example.

When an entry say ‘Red’ is inserted into Sheet 1, A1 I would like it to display the Red data Sheet2, C1:F5 and position the contents of the first cell Sheet2, C1 into Sheet 1 at the starting cell E5 and then the rest of the range is displayed relative to the starting point cell Sheet 1, E5.

If Cell Sheet1, A1 is Blue then data Sheet 2, G1:M10 is displayed with G1 starting at Sheet 1, E5.

If Cell Sheet1 A1 is blank then nothing is shown.

Can I do something with naming the range of cells and somehow calling this up?

Would prefer something which isn't based on VBA if at all possible as I don't really understand it. Sorry.
