Looking up value in multiple rows and multiple worksheets

I see how a value can be looked up in multiple rows from: [URL="http://www.excelforum.com/excel-general/709497-vlookup-multiple-rows-with-the-same-lookup-value.html"]; but I need to do this in multiple worksheets. How do I do the lookup in multiple rows and multiple worksheets? Example, I need to see all the pH values taken during a year, and for about 10 years.

This may not be a "formula" question, best to show us the full scope of the problem with sample data.

Click GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to post up a copy of your workbook, slimmed down a little if that doesn't invalidate the scenario. Make sure the workbook demonstrates your desired results mocked up manually, or just highlight the cells you're trying to fix. Use BEFORE/AFTER sheets if that helps make it clearer.

    Options...

    1) Copy all the data from all the separate sheets into a single sheet. Then you can use the data as is by applying an AUTOFILTER to the Analyte column and filter for Temperature, or PH, whatever you wish to see at one time

    2) Use VBA to scroll through all "year" sheets and create a new sheet that formats all the data the way you have outlined.
