Making a stacked column chart cut an X entry if sum of Y is less than 10?

    Hi,

How would I tell Excel to do this?

I'd like to declutter a chart from having several X entries take up valuable space if the sum of their Ys is smaller than 10.

Also, is there a way to have the total Y value label display as a value label as opposed to a label for every single stack part?
So if the stacks are 10,20,40 I want it to display 70 instead of 10, 20, 40

Maybe this example will help with a couple of references to websites that should aide in your understanding.
