Skip periodic and noisy data point 4000 times

Hi all,

To those of you who help me out with this task, thanks in advance!!

Got a pretty big task set in front of me.

I have a graph with 4000 repetitions of sinusoidal-like motion with a single outlying data point every downward sweep.

Of course this ends up being 4000 data points which need to be skipped (Not deleted) as each data point is a minute(time) and by deleting i would lose 4000 minutes of data.

Does anyone know of a way to "skip" these outliers and have the data remain continuous without breaks?

I'd prefer not to manually delete 4000 points. Plus I have more than one graph that does this
