Active cell moving but sheet is not scrolling

I read another post solving a Scroll Lock problem on a laptop but my problem is a little different. I'm on a laptop - Dell Latitude E6510, Win 7/Office 2010. All of a sudden when I use the arrow keeps to group select (with Shift) or navigate, the active cell changes - I can tell from the formula bar, but the sheet isn't actually scrolling down like it normally does, so I can't tell when to stop the selection. I don't have an actual Scroll Lock key on the keyboard, I've tried Fn+F12, nothing seems to work. Anyone have an idea? Thx!

Do you have rows and columns locked (with the Freeze Pane feature)?

^ Agree with the above, you can find that feature in the View settings

I do have freeze pane on, for the first row. I am working with a huge list of over 45K rows of info. I do not usually encounter this problem. Why would it start now?
