How to keep track of employees event dates

    Hi

I'm looking for an employee tracker. manual input when employee carries out an event and the date. Warns if employee has not carried out an event for 6 months or more

I have a spread sheet which does some of this but no good enough. I would upload image but do not know how.

A new template would be fine

I have to manually input the latest event dates at the top and an X in the matrix to show who carried out the event. I would like excel to read the new date and place it in the correct cell for that employee in col C. At the moment I have to imput the date twice. Small thing I know but If Excel can do it then great.

Now just to test you further. What if I want to use X and I as markers with the same result. The diff between X and I is a visual one for me.

This should work F3:IV3 Is Not Blank. X 1 or anything except spaces. If cells only contains spaces will ignore it.
