Sum Ifs running of a drop down list

I am currently using a Sum If formula that is retrieving information based on what value is selected from a drop down list. In cell H3 you select and option from a drop down list that populates formulas throughout the sheet based on that selection.

Currently, there are 15 options in the drop down list and when you select one of the options the financials are retrieved from that group. The groups are broken down into two categories. How would it be possibly to have the SumIfs formula retrieve the information based on the two groups if the names of the two groups were added to the drop down list? For example, 11 of the 15 groups fall into the American division of the company. Divisions numbered 076115750, 076115751, and 076115752 fall in the American Division. How could I populate the formulas throught the sheet giving me the totals for all the divisions in the American Division? If American was an option in the dropdown list how could the sumifs formulas retrieve all of that info???

=SUMIFS(Details!AP:AP,Details!$C:$C,'Work Orders'!$H$3,Details!$D:$D,'Work Orders'!$C300,Details!$L:$L,'Work Orders'!$K300)

'Work Orders'!$H$3 is where the drop down list is stored. Here you can select 15 different divisions (options) that fall under two different companies. How can add the two divisions to the drop down list allowing me to retrieve all of the details for all of the work orders that fall within each division???
