    Fuzzy Logic Problem

    Hi there,

This is my first post and I'm trying to figure out a way to plug this Fuzzy Membership function into a cell.

I'm developing a suitability analysis for site selection and I'm hoping this function will give me a value between 0 and 1 that will get smaller the further away from a desirable criteria I am.

For example: I want to build as close to the property line as possible. The further away from the property line I'm forced to build, the closer to 0 my site score is.

What are your thoughts on the matter?

    Thank you.

Have a look at the attachment. I have attempted to code the formulas from the webpage you provided in Excel and the Chart seems to look the same. Let me know if this is what you were after.
