Conditional Drop Down dependent on 2 entries.

Hi,

I'm a noob and excel and I always search google for answers for the difficult projects I'm working on. I'm having issues with Drop down items. I'm working on 3 columns. 1st column will have multiple unique entries. 2nd column will only have 2 unique entries, and 3rd will have multiple unique entries as well. Each item in first column should have Positive and negative selection in second column and each option will be different on 3rd column dependent on 1st and 2nd column.

Here are some of the entries:

1st Column - 2nd Column - 3rd Column

CS - Positive - Not Satisfied
Phone - Negative - Satisfied
Customer - Positive - General
Other - Negative - Quality



So what I would like to happen is that when I select CS from 1st column, Positive or negative will show on 2nd column. If I select positive, it will have multiple selections on 3rd column. If I select negative it will also have selections different to options under positive.

I was able to figure out how to work on 1st and 2nd column using name manager or data validation.
I'm unable to figure out how to work on 2nd and 3rd column because name manager will only accept 1 name for Positive and negative.

Hi,

Create a new column where you combine Column A and Column B and then create a list for individual combined entities
It will be easier to explain if you can upload sample workbook.

I'm still working on it and I'm having problems with the 3rd column. Entries wont come up eventhough I already used indirect for the validation
