I am sure I am doing something wrong. I printed this very same page in MS Word, but this is different.
I highlighted the page then set page but it only printed 3/4 of the page.

Is it possibly set to print on A4 paper or some other size paper? Can you upload the spreadsheet (replace any confidential data first)?
I will give it a try.
It only prints half of a page.
Go to the View Tab and look at it under Page Layout and Page Break Preview and see if that offers any hints.
Page layout was checked. I unchecked it.Ribbon is checked. Now it spits out blank pages. In print preview is says 175 pages but it should only be two. This is driving me nuts.
.
Is it possabile to Copy the page and paste it on to another? There must be a setting I am missing on this page.
Help Please.
Well I guess I will try to figure it out on my own. Thanks anyway.
try to copy, let's say Sheet1 'n Sheet2 (the Sheets you want to print out) in a new Workbook and send it for printing or upload a test file with yr issue and maybe someone see a solution for you!

Problem solved. The problem was that blue vertical dotted line that must be set to the right past the printable page.
It does not show up until I start to print??????.
Can I assume that that blue dotted line is a margin that must be set every time I print or can I set it permenintly.
Sorry to be such a pain, but I tried to print the same pages today and now the printer prints blank pages.Whet the hell am I doing wrong?
Going back to the pasting in a new sheet. Try paste special > formulas (if you have formulas)
or paste special > Values (if you don't have formulas)
I'm thinking your "blue dotted line is a page break. When you go to View>"Page Break Preview", is your text in the grid area or in the gray area? Can you grab the dark blue line in that view and drag them outside your text area?
