Updating Data one worksheet based on another

In the attached document I have 3 sheets. The first sheet is information regarding cars (includes tracking number, transmission type, engine, etc). The second sheet is pulled from the online data base and containt the same information plus additional information entered by the user. What I want to do is update the second sheet with the new information on the 1st sheet and add in any new fields.

Right now, the best way that I have thought to do this is add in an addititional third sheet that uses a combination of VLOOKUP and IF statement/functions the pull between the first two sheets. However, this does not update any information that may be added.

I was going to see if anyone could please take a look at this workbook and see if they have any solutions. (An array function might work or even a macro) Any help would be awesome and I would like to thank you in advance.
