    Auto copying with Date increments

    Hey guys,
If i try and explain what i want to do, we'll both get confused so i've attached a sample of what im looking for here.

I'm doing a project for a company thats a driving training center. They have a diary that they currently story all their appointments in.

What they basically want is the diary they're using in electronic form.

I have tried using Access but i can't figure it out,

I've presented them with several different solutions but they seem determined to have this format.

Is there a way i can have this automatically copied that will and increment the date by 1 each time?

Or have a different way i can go about this?

I'll really appreciate any help i can get, i've been trying this endlessly using Access and Outlook but i think Excel is my last option.

You can put in the cell where you want the next date to be (assuming the date is a1) ie b1 =a1+1 or if its a week =a1+7

Hey Wayneg, thanks for the reply.

Is there a way i can have it fill them in automatically so i dont have to keep adding new dates myself?

The date cell is always the same amount apart (14 cells starting with A2, A16, etc)

Or possibly a better way i can go about this?

    Thanks for your help!

i have tried using autofill but rather than seperating the dates 14 cells apart it seems to enter the next date in the cell below, then go 14 cells apart with the next 2 cells right below each other then skips 14 again, etc
