Match/index/large/small - need for top and low scores

Hello,

I've been trying to match multiple people (grouped in roles from 1-74) and their scores, in order to identify the top and low performers.
Basically, I'd like to match a high score(4) to the group (1-74). I.e, how many people in group 66 scored a 4 in Q6. Then the reverse, how many people scored 1 in group 66 for Q6 etc.

I've tried to index match with large and small however I am having extreme difficulty... this may be an all nighter! ANY help would be appreciated!
