Excel 2007 : linking workbooks and cells

I have 3 different workbooks.Very similar to "Example book"I have included.These are up-dated daily and refreshed weekly.Each is made for one week ending.....
I want to have them automatically populate a fourth Work book."Example#2 used here.The cells I want them to move are the ones with the orange background(Work in Progress (WIP'S) and the cells with the light blue background(finished orders).There will be some sorting to take place in the fourth book. however, for now, I'd be very happy with some ideas as to how this linking by background color might be done.As always I appreciate any and all the help you kind folks can give.Lou
