Formula to calculate how many people staying at camp each night

Hey everyone,

I am working on a spreadsheet for work, i am currently based in HR and need help with a formula to help me work out how many people are staying in a camp each night.

The spreadsheet is broken into 2 sheets:
1. ManualTotals
2. Site Staff

The ManualTotals sheet displays each day starting from 1 June 2012 all the way through to 30 June 2014.
The Site Staff sheet displays each persons name, with the date they will check into the camp and when they will check out.

What is the formula to display how many people taking a room will be at the camp each night?

can you upload the spreadsheet depicted in the picture? we can avoid recreating spreadsheets, and making mistakes, that way... just obfuscate any personal and proprietary information before uploading.

Please see attached spreadsheet showing 2 sheets 1st one with the employees that are staying at the camp and the time frame they are staying and page 2 which is each month as a calendar. Under each date i would like it to show how many employees are staying at the camp each night. PLEASE HELP!! Thanks!
