How do I fetch data based on conditions

    Hello all,

I am trying to set up a condition that will fetch data based on a variable.

I set up information based on dates. So I have a table of dates 1-30 and under each date column I have 5 sets of data rows.

How do I set up a a function that will pull the data rows from under those dates based on =TODAY() value on another sheet?

I'm thinking something like, if the date today matches any of the dates in these columns(1-30), retrieve the information from B1:B5 for that date?

Thank you for the help guys.

Without a sample file I can only suggest using HLOOKUP

Re: How do I fetch data based on conditions

Thank you, that returned the first data cell, how can I return the whole data set E3-E7? And if the date changes will it pull the next date info?

    Thanks again

you must copy the formula into each cell B3..B7. Since it it looking up the date in B2, the data in B3..B7 will change each day because you are using the TODAY() f n
