Compare colums in two worksheets and count data that don't match

Hi,

I have a report where i upload open tickets information every morning on a daily basis.
I want to count the number of new tickets and closed tickets daily.

ex :

1st june 2nd june 3rd june
Ticket1 Ticket1 Ticket1
Ticket2 Ticket3 Ticket5
Ticket3 Ticket5 Ticket7
Ticket4 Ticket6 Ticket9
Ticket5 Ticket7 Ticket10
Ticket6 Ticket8 Ticket11
Ticket7 Ticket9

when i compare 1st june data with 2nd june, i see that "Ticket8", "Ticket9" seems to be new in 2nd june and i want the result as 2.(new tickets for 2nd june = 2)
also i see that "Ticket2", "Ticket4", which were in 1st June report are not in 2nd June, so i want the result as 2.(closed tickets for 1st june = 2)

Note : Number of rows of might vary every day, however the format remains the same, also the above colums are in different worksheets in the same workbook.

Could anyone please help me with a formula for this !!

I have the data in different worksheets, but i can copy these particular columns daily and can paste them in a one sheet.
