I have attached an example. I am trying to figure out how to find the smallest number in three columns - ignoring the zero unless all three are zero. I have looked through the forum and tried a couple of suggestions but they did not see to work for me.Find minimum.xls

Assuming you want to separate the column A slashed numbers into individual numbers.. and that there are no more than 2 numbers in any cell, then try:
