    Shift Schedule Problem

I have an excel sheet for Shift Schedule of all the company workers in which the top row consists of the dates and the first column consists the name of the employees. And then correspondingly Shift names has been written - A, B, C or G.
Now I want to create 4 new separate sheets, each representing one shift and consisting people of that shift on different days.
I tried using IF( D3="A", C3, 0) ....this worked but left 0s in b/w the sheet and no continuation. And one has to manually delete the cells with os then.
So is there any other option?

    Hello Aakash,

In sample workbook main sheet contain name(s) and date(s).

In Sheet A(Shift), B(Shift), C(Shift) & (Shift), you want to represent employee names in each shift on particular date. Correct.
